THE 46th ISUZU SHOWROOM OPEN IN JOHOR

KLUANG, JOHOR 19 JANUARY, 2019 – Jumbo Arena Sdn. Bhd. an authorized Isuzu dealer in Johor opens another showroom in Kluang. This is their third showroom after Segamat and Batu Pahat. The opening was attended by more than 200 people comprising of their staffs and customers.

Jumbo Arena is the biggest Isuzu dealer in Peninsular Malaysia. They have more than 15 years of automotive experience and have several significant clients. Among them is the maker of the bread Mighty White, the Mighty Bakery Sdn. Bhd. which just have recently received its 100th unit of Isuzu Truck.

Recently Isuzu also has delivered 80 units of Isuzu Pick-up Truck to the Royal Malaysia Customs Department. It is part of its enforcement unit and utilised by the Cobra Officers to combat high profile cases and as a preventive measure against tontos.

The long standing experience of Jumbo Arena inspires the highest level of trust and professionalism. The showroom aims to sell in a mix of commercial vehicles, 200 units annually.

Their managing director Mr. Yeo Ann Siong officiated the opening ceremony and explains the significance of the Kluang showroom. He commented its central location within Johor makes it an economic powerhouse in the state of Johor. He said, “for as long as I can remember, Kluang has always attracted several large agricultural and goods manufacturer. It has a healthy demand for Isuzu products to support its palm oil and tile making industry.”

Also attending the opening ceremony was Koji Nakamura, the Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia. While touring the showroom, he remarked that Isuzu place the utmost importance on customer satisfaction. Isuzu has taken many projects and places effort on making sure that the quality of the vehicles is top notch and its personnel the best.

“We have won the J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Index in 2017 and are the runner-up for 2018. We have also our own Isuzu Training School which produces our own technician. Wherever you are in Malaysia, you can be assured of a high level of satisfaction in buying and owning any Isuzu vehicle,” he further added.

During the opening ceremony, winners from the recently completed Isuzu Dura-Miles challenge from the Batu Pahat showroom are presented their prizes. They are the winner by having the best fuel efficiency in a pre-selected driving route. The winners from Batu Pahat are Tan Yng Yng, Azman bin Wahab and Lim Eng Chiaw. The record set by the Isuzu D-Max run was from Bangkok to Singapore covering 1809KM with under one full tank (76L).

Among those present at the opening ceremony of the showroom were the CEO of Isuzu Malaysia, Koji Nakamura, COO of Isuzu Malaysia, Masayuki Suzuki, COO of Isuzu Malaysia, Atsunori Murata, General Manager Kenkichi Sogo, and the managing director of Jumbo Arena, Yeo Ann Siong.
