MUAR, JOHOR 15 JANUARY, 2019 â A new Isuzu showroom has opened in Muar by Isuzu’s authorized dealer Ng Hup Lee Sdn. Bhd. This opening brings the total number of showrooms nationwide to forty five and in the state of Johor to five.
The dealer Ng Hup Lee has been an official Isuzu dealer for over 12 years. It had just opened a 3S Isuzu centre in Melaka just two years ago. The amazing popularity and demand for the Isuzu brand prompted them to open a new showroom in Muar. The managing director, Ng Tong Lai said, “We have been in this business for a long time. The market in Muar shows a lot of promise and Isuzu is in a strong position to tap this market.”
Isuzu is the winner of J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Index in 2017 and took 2nd Place in the same survey in 2018. It proves that Isuzu is among the best in the rapid improvement in customer contact aspect in terms of both online as well as physical.
Koji Nakamura, the Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, remarked that a complete vehicle brand not only produces great products, but also places emphasis on customer satisfaction as well. Isuzu ensures this by having its own technician training school and constant training to all levels of personnel.
“Customers of Isuzu are guaranteed satisfaction in the vehicle’s fuel efficiency, reliability and durability. Our new showroom will display our latest models. Customers can now come to test drive our multi-award winning vehicles and experience its capability”, he added.

The opening ceremony was participated by the CEO of Isuzu Malaysia, Koji Nakamura, COO of Isuzu Malaysia, Masayuki Suzuki, General Manager Kenkichi Sogo, the managing director of Ng Hup Lee, Ng Tong Lai and Ng Louis Ng Boon Cheng.
The showroom aims to sell more than 100 units in its first year of operation and subsequently more than 150 units in the next year.
